The Mount Eagle Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) respects your privacy. This privacy statement discloses what information we gather and how we use it. The following is intended to explain the PTO’s privacy practices but shall not be construed as a contractual promise. The PTO’s privacy and security policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary.
What Information We Collect and How We Use It
The PTO uses information voluntarily given by users to facilitate Mount Eagle School community engagement. The PTO website and its integrated applications provide services such as communications, volunteer sign ups, enabling online purchases for field trips, event tickets and Mount Eagle School spirit merchandise.
The personal information we store is limited to names, addresses, emails, contact numbers, student grade and teachers. The PTO website does integrate with third party applications and any credit card Information collection is used only for the purpose of completing the transaction.
Aggregate information about which pages visitors access and information volunteered by site visitors are used to improve the content of the PTO website. Some portions of our site use cookies to improve your experience. We also use cookies to help us learn more about site traffic patterns.
Security of Collected Data
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and to help ensure the correct use of collected information, we have put in place appropriate procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. Access to collected data is restricted to only those PTO Board members who require access for specific purposes, such as providing services to you or performing their duties on behalf of the PTO.
